Pyromorphite, a secondary mineral of lead, Bb5(PO4)3Cl. Aberdaunant mine, Central Wales Orefield. Apple green, barrel shaped crystals, scattered haphazardly on a base rock which is liberally coated with a mixture of quartz, galena, and goethite/hematite. Pyromorphite is also found at this mine in globular form, or as encrustations.
