Your data, i.e. E-mail address, address, phone number and incidental information which is fundamental to the club's activities (Such as attendance at events, transport, subscriptions, etc..) are stored by the club, so that we can keep you informed about our programme and any changes to it.
The data is securely stored on a small number of committee members computers, which are password protected.The data held is for internal use only, and never passed to a third party,under any circumstance.
You can,at any time, ask to review the held data, or be removed from our data base, by contacting any committee member.
